Blanc de Noir - Astrid auf den Fersen
This Blanc de Noir is actually more of a rosé. at least in terms of color. The aroma is a mixture of Pinot Noir with red berry aromas and yellow fruity aromas. Lots of freshness spicy aromas in the background. A flatterer, round and fruity, the residual sweetness is natural, as not all the sugar was converted to alcohol during spontaneous fermentation. Nevertheless, the wine is also very juicy due to the fresh acidity, which gives it good pressure and, above all, a lot of drinking pleasure.

Blauburgunder

The Traditionell presents itself to the eye with its typical dark Pinot Noir color with violet reflections. The pure Pinot Noir fruit (raspberry, strawberry) is unmistakable on the nose with its fine spiciness and very subtle roasted notes in the background.
A silky attack is supported by soft tannins and moderate acidity. Until after a long finish, its overall impression is dancingly soft, yet very expressive.

Power and juice in concentrated from is this mariage of Merlot and Cabernet. The 18 months of barrique ageing allow it to mature into a powerful storage wine.

Pinot Noir Barrique
A multi-layered bouquet with floral notes of violets and peony, plus wonderful aromas of wild berries and roasted aromas such as vanilla, caramel and nutmeg, which betray the barrique ageing. Its powerful body and perfectly integrated tannins will ensure that it will provide serval years of optimum drinking pleasure.

Fläscher Syrah
Intense ruby red to the rim. A rhone-like nose, with aromas of cherries, cloves ans kampot pepper in the foreground, as well as mocha notes. Extemely powerful and intense on the palate: now also blackberries and raspberries, very spicy, and underpinned by ripe, velvety tannins: the matching freshness rounds off the overall picture beautifully: subtle and persistent in the finish, witch also shows some roasted aromas.
